Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and arrange driving lessons. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored in a hosted database and sent to us by email, so we can reply. Both are run by third-party providers on our behalf, and both are outside the UK. They process the data only to provide those services to us — they do not use it for anything of their own, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation goes through WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy terms as well as ours.

Why we are allowed to

We handle your details because you asked us to get in touch about lessons — in data protection terms, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in running a driving school and replying to people who contact us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07846 134 138 or use our contact page. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
